Registering for an Account: If you choose to register for an account on the Website, we will collect personal information such as your name, organization, and email address. We collect other information that is not personal and cannot to be used to identify you, such as the name of your organization and the country where our videos will be used.

This same information is also securely stored by Global Health Media Project.

Signing up for our Blog: When you sign up for our blog, your email address is transmitted to WordPress. Global Health Media Project has access to this file.

Donations to our organization: We do not collect any information related to financial transactions such as credit card information or PayPal account information. These transactions are handled by PayPal which has its own privacy policy available at this link.

Payments for video licenses: We do not collect any information related to financial transactions such as credit card information or Stripe account information. These transactions are handled by Stripe which has its own privacy policy available at this link.

WordPress and Google Analytics:  We use WordPress and Google Analytics to gather statistics on our Website usage. The information gathered will be used to improve our services.

User Communications: If you send email or other communications to us, we may retain these communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and to improve our services. Posting comments on the Website is a public action, and all such content may be publicly visible. Editing or deleting the comments may alter the display of the content, but will not necessarily permanently delete the content from the Website. If you contact us via social media platforms, each has its own privacy policies that govern the use of their data; in these cases, we may receive some of your contact information.

Use of Information

In addition to the purposes described above, we may use your information to contact you by e-newsletter, email, and blog to keep you up-to-date with news, inform you of the availability of new videos, and let you know about new developments at Global Health Media Project.
